Another awesome project.
The biggest soldering challenge was the 32-pin SMD QFP package. However, I got the job done. It wasnβt as intimidating as I thought. The pitch spacing was lenient unlike some QFNβs.

The wiring of the 4 dot matrix displays is peculiar. Itβs not the traditional multiplexing wiring scheme π€
It is wild how the dot matrix display can be programmed to display ANYTHING you want. In this project, it serves as a clock, UI for adjusting the settings (including brightnesss adjustment, sensitivity, dimming the display) and VU meter (with 18 visualizers!)
The 4 dot matrix displays were soldered to the main PCB rather than a support board. Interesting design choice.
